Cancellation Policy

There is a $50 cancellation fee for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance. If you schedule a same-day appointment, please provide at least 3 hours notice for cancellation. For appointments where you arrive 15 minutes late, it will be rescheduled and If you gave a deposit you will forfeit. If you arrive within the 15-minute window, you will forfeit the full service. In the event case a no-call, no-show, your deposit will be lost, and a new one will be required. Thank you!
